Nice little and gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, greatly enjoyed the brilliant location not far from National express, Blackpool and sea front. There were central heating and ironing facilities in my family room. The beds were very comfy, like a cloud.

We had a braw time staying here! John, the owner, was pure brilliant, always ready to help, even sorting our rooms together. The bar had cheap drinks and a free pool table, which was cracking for our night out. Room was a bit wee, though.

The quadruple room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoying the locally sourced cheese at breakfast was a highlight, complemented by the warm atmosphere created by the hosts. Noise from the street was noticeable at times was nice. While the facilities were decent, some areas could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness.

The quadruple room was spacious and well-equipped, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection featured locally sourced cheese-a real treat that elevated the morning experience.
Some street noise was noticeable at times, which could disrupt a peaceful night's rest. While the atmosphere was vibrant, certain areas of the hotel could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, as mentioned by a few guests. The furnishings felt a little dated and could benefit from an update to enhance the overall experience.

The location is spot on, just a quick walk to the town and sea front. Pat, the owner, gave us a warm welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and had its own en suite. Essentials like a kettle and a TV. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh local produce, including a full English that set us up for the day. There was some noise from the street at night, a bit hard to sleep. A great base for a night out!
